Privacy & File Retention Policy

1. Zero Customer Account Data

FlazeTap operates without customer registration. We do not store customer names, passwords, profile photos, or personal identity records. You can use any tool without creating an account.

2. Temporary File Utilities & 2-Hour Expiration

When utilizing everyday utility tools (such as CSV/Excel converters, PDF editors, and image optimizers):

• Uploaded files and converted output artifacts are placed in isolated, non-public directories outside the web server document root.
• Generated download links utilize cryptographically unguessable random tokens valid for exactly 2 hours.
• An automated background retention cleanup worker purges temporary files and expired tokens every hour.
• In-browser text tools (e.g. Word Counter, Case Converter, JSON Beautifier, and Password Generator) execute exclusively in your browser memory without uploading or storing text on any server.

3. Uploaded Data Files and AI Dashboard Retention

When you upload a dataset (CSV, XLSX, XLS, or PDF) for AI Dashboard generation:

• The source file is stored in a private storage directory inaccessible from the public web.
• A cryptographically unguessable random token (40 characters) is generated for sharing.
• Shared dashboards follow an explicit indexing policy: token-based dashboard links default to noindex, nofollow to prevent public search engine discovery of your shared analytics.
• All uploaded source files and generated dashboard metrics are automatically deleted from the server when their retention limit expires (default 7 days).
• You can request immediate deletion at any time by contacting our system administrator.

4. Artificial Intelligence Safety & Processing

FlazeTap utilizes Google Gemini API models accessed exclusively through secure backend servers. We never execute AI-generated code, SQL, shell scripts, or arbitrary JavaScript. Visualizations are rendered using static Apache ECharts configuration parameters.

5. Advertisements & Google AdSense

FlazeTap may display non-intrusive advertisements on select tool pages via Google AdSense. In accordance with platform policy, the homepage is permanently ad-free.
